Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with AHANKARAKA. This policy covers both domestic and international orders.

Domestic shipping

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, the charge is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

• Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of purchase.
• Delivery takes 4 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are.
• Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or national holidays.

Worth knowing before you order

• If you ask for a delayed or future delivery, we cannot guarantee it. Courier partners do not hold packages beyond their standard delivery attempts.
• If the shipping address or contact number is wrong, or delivery fails after several attempts, the package comes back to us.
• We can send it out again, but re-shipping is charged. A returned order of this kind cannot be refunded.

International shipping

Free shipping does not apply to international orders. The charge is calculated at checkout.

• Transit takes 6 to 10 working days, plus the time customs takes to clear the parcel.
• After three failed delivery attempts some international couriers destroy the package. We cannot take responsibility in that case.
• For a signed delivery service, reach us on WhatsApp. It is charged separately.
• We do not offer reverse pickups to international addresses.

Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are payable by the customer. They are not included in the price or the shipping charge.
